REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE TRAVEL AGENT (7 DAYS) PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE

• We highly recommend contacting the HR Umrah Services before cancellation of your package.
• We recommend you review the cancellation policy or terms of refund.
• Number of days is calculated based on a timezone at the location when the package was reserved

FULL REFUND OF HOTEL RESERVATION FEE ON HR UMRAH SERVICES (7 DAYS) PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE

• You can cancel the booking 7 days prior to date of departure for a full refund of the ‘RESERVATION FEE.’
• Airline ticket refund policy as per Airline company, you can visit on their website.
• HR Umrah Services is not liable for return of any payment done to the Travel Agent.
• In case of changes in date or time, your travel agency may offer an alternative time slot, or decline.

If you still need to cancel your booking, you can do so directly contact HR Umrah Services. The booking will be only officially canceled after you contact the corresponding cancellation to concern person.
